You hear your complete song BEFORE paying! We create a full preview with watermark that you can listen to for FREE. Only if you love it do you pay ₹199 for the clean version.

Since you've already heard your song before payment, refund requests are rare. However, we still offer refunds for technical issues, significant quality problems, or if the clean version differs from the preview.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The clean version delivered after payment significantly differs from the preview you heard
  • We are unable to deliver the clean version within 24 hours of payment
  • There are technical issues with the clean version that were not present in the preview
  • You cancel within 10 minutes of payment
  • The song contains inappropriate content despite proper guidelines being followed
  • Payment was charged in error or duplicated

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Normal dissatisfaction since you already heard the complete song before paying
  • Technical issues on your device that prevent playing the song
  • Requests for different song styles after completion and delivery
  • Minor lyrical preferences that don't significantly impact the song quality
  • Personal relationship changes that make the song no longer needed
  • Orders placed with intentionally inappropriate or offensive content
  • Bulk order cancellations after individual songs have been delivered

4. Revision Policy

6. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent song delivery:

  • We'll provide regular updates on resolution progress
  • Extended deadline will be communicated clearly
  • Full refund available if resolution takes longer than 48 hours
  • Compensation may be provided for significant delays

Service Outages

During planned or unplanned service outages:

  • No new orders will be accepted
  • Existing orders will be completed once service resumes
  • Extended timeline notifications will be sent
  • Refunds available for urgent orders that can't wait

6. Bulk Order Refunds

For bulk orders (5+ songs), special conditions apply:

7. Gift Order Refunds

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotional Orders

  • Same refund policy applies to promotional orders

Referral Credits

  • Referral credits used in orders are non-refundable
  • Only the cash portion of payment is eligible for refund
  • Referral credits remain in account after refund
