1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- We are unable to deliver your song within 24 hours of payment (excluding technical issues)
- The delivered song significantly deviates from your specifications after 3 revision attempts
- There are technical issues that prevent us from creating your song
- You cancel your order within 10 minutes of payment (before song creation begins)
- The song contains inappropriate content despite proper guidelines being followed
- Payment was charged in error or duplicated
2. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

- Instant Cancellation: Immediate refund for orders cancelled within 10 minutes
- Standard Refunds: 3-5 business days to process
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days for funds to reflect in your account
- UPI/Wallet: 24-48 hours for refund to reflect
- Credit Card: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after receiving a satisfactory song
- Technical issues on your device that prevent playing the song
- Requests for different song styles after completion and delivery
- Minor lyrical preferences that don't significantly impact the song quality
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated voice or music style within normal parameters
- Personal relationship changes that make the song no longer needed
- Orders placed with intentionally inappropriate or offensive content
- Bulk order cancellations after individual songs have been delivered
4. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to try our revision process:

- Up to 3 revision rounds per song
- Lyrical content adjustments
- Tone and mood modifications
- Addition or removal of specific themes
- Language or style variations
Revision Limitations
- Complete song style changes (from romantic to upbeat, etc.)
- Fundamental changes to the song structure
- Requests that contradict original specifications
- Changes that would require starting completely over
5. Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent song delivery:
- We'll provide regular updates on resolution progress
- Extended deadline will be communicated clearly
- Full refund available if resolution takes longer than 48 hours
- Compensation may be provided for significant delays
Service Outages
During planned or unplanned service outages:
- No new orders will be accepted
- Existing orders will be completed once service resumes
- Extended timeline notifications will be sent
- Refunds available for urgent orders that can't wait
6. Bulk Order Refunds
For bulk orders (5+ songs), special conditions apply:
- Partial refunds available for undelivered songs
- Individual song refunds based on quality issues
- Bulk cancellations must be requested before any songs are delivered
- Progressive payment model available for large orders
7. Gift Order Refunds
For songs purchased as gifts:
- Refund requests must come from the original purchaser

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
First Song Free Offer
- Same refund policy applies to promotional orders
- Refund amount will be the actual amount paid
- Promotional credits may be offered instead of cash refunds
- One-time promotional offers cannot be reused after refund
Referral Credits
- Referral credits used in orders are non-refundable
- Only the cash portion of payment is eligible for refund
- Referral credits remain in account after refund
